Shipping Information
When you order from King Shark Entertainment.com, we will
pack and ship your order within 2 business days. Make sure you add this
processing time to the delivery time of your chosen shipping method.
You may choose either USPS (United States Postal
Service) or DHL, FEDEX,or UPS. Our USPS options include Media Mail, Priority
Mail, and Express Mail. DHL offers Standard and Second Day.
Media Mail is your most cost-effective option for book and software products with delivery in 5 to 8 business days.
- Priority Mail offers affordable expedited service, usually 2 to 3 business days.
- Express Mail guarantees 2 business day delivery.
- DHL Standard offers 3 to 5 day delivery and DHL Second Day provides 2 business day delivery.
You will see the cost for these shipping options
when you place items in your shopping cart and begin the checkout
process. You can easily add and remove items from your shopping cart at
any time before final checkout.
After you place your order, you will receive an
Email Confirmation with your Order Number, Order Date and Shipping
Information.

(including Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada. To place an order outside the
United States or Canada, contact us by telephone at 866-629-7400.
You are responsible for any duties, fees and taxes for shipments outside the US.

Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges
If you purchased an item from a retailer, you must follow that
retailer's return policy. We, unfortunately, cannot process any returns
for product not purchased from our website or directly from King Shark Entertainment.com.
If you purchased the product from our website and the packaging is
still un-opened, we will refund the purchase price of the item within
30 days of purchase. Please return the un-opened items within 30 days
of purchase. Please also include a note with your return stating why
you wish to return the product. We will credit you your return postage
at the time of your refund.
If we ship you the wrong product, call us at 866-629-7400 and we will send you a postage paid return shipping label.
After 30 days, but within 90 days, we will exchange un-opened product
for a product of equal value. Please return such un-opened items within
90 days of purchase along with your receipt. Returns for exchange that
do not include a receipt will not be processed. Please, also include a
note stating why you wish to exchange the product. We do not refund
shipping charges for product exchanges.
If you purchased a product from our web site and it is defective, you
may exchange any defective item for the same item by simply returning
the item along with a note stating that it is defective. We will credit
you your return postage.
